Because of the must-stick-to schedule with a launch date set in stone, our Account Services team had to plan every available second of studio time and ensure the timelines were kept. We utilised our planning resource, Briefcase, to handle resource management and provided the client with detailed Gantt charts of the entire plan.

Despite the demanding timeframe, the challenge was worth tackling. Our design and development team used Blender-rendered 3D environments to provide an exciting and explorable conference centre, with live video events, exhibition halls and all the usual contact capabilities of an event-based website.
